Bid review time: 30 min → 10 min
Reported by client bidding team · notice review through shortlisting
Procurement workflow system
I worked with the bidding team at Bogwang I&T to design and build a tool that reduced procurement notice review and shortlisting time from 30 to 10 minutes (about 67%). The team moved work previously handled in K-Bid into this system. Users can customize notice-list columns to suit their work. The system is in actual use, with final participation decisions left to the team.

Use status
The bidding team uses the system in its work. (As of 2026-09-14)
Problem
The bidding team at Bogwang I&T needs to review notices, identify relevant items, and decide whether to participate. I worked with the team to design and build a tool supporting this process from notice collection to participation records.
What was built
- Collected notices and revisions, retaining source and collection history.
- Compared notice item codes against item codes on registration certificates.
- Provided signed-in access to candidate notices with deadline and decision
- Recorded participation decisions, notes, and change history.
Design decisions
Code matching identifies candidates for human review. It is not treated as a complete legal eligibility check or a final decision to enter a bid.
The team's feedback changed the list view: information already resolved during screening no longer needed to be repeated in every row. Related company information was also presented more compactly.
Workflow changes
Procurement notice review and shortlisting time fell from 30 to 10 minutes. These before-and-after task times, as reported by the bidding team, represent 20 minutes saved, or about 67% less time.
The bidding team moved work previously handled in K-Bid into this system. Users can customize notice-list columns to suit their work.
Evidence
A local execution record dated 2026-09-11 contains 2,621 notices, 2,828 revision records, and 56 item-code candidates. The candidates include partial matches and two cancelled notices. These records demonstrate implementation behavior; they do not measure changes in working time or bidding outcomes after adoption.
Digital device management system
An operations console for managing iPads at Daegu Joongang High School. I handled requirements discovery, design, implementation, deployment, and operation. The console supports device edits and fault/repair records, and lets homeroom teachers view devices by grade and class without signing in. Operator changes retain verification steps.
My role
I handled requirements discovery, design, implementation, deployment, and operation across the project.
Problem
The existing Mobile Device Management (MDM) interface required inconvenient clicks and page changes for the school's device-management workflow. I built an operations console supporting device edits, replacement, fault/repair records, and classroom lookup.
What was built
- Supported device edits and replacement alongside fault/repair records.
- Made repair details editable, with in-progress and completed states.
- Let homeroom teachers view device lists by grade and class without signing in.
- Mediated upstream MDM access through the server and stored session data encrypted.
Design decisions
I removed the typed approval phrase from ordinary device edits and replacement while retaining previews, an explicit execution button, and a latest-state check before saving. Teacher lookup is separate from operator write access. Concurrent repair-record edits surface a conflict instead of silently overwriting another change.
Evidence
Release records confirm signed-out lookup on 2026-09-02 and simpler device-edit execution on 2026-09-11. These are implemented and deployed workflow changes, not measurements of operator task time or teacher adoption.
